All of our services are now available online. If a drive-thru visit is required, our new drive-thru hours are Mon-Fri, 8-12 and 1-5.

Is Your Paper Utility Bill Missing?

If you do not receive your paper bills from the post office in a timely manner, we have a solution. Paperless Billing! You can now have your utility bill emailed directly to you! This option ensures fast delivery of your utility bill and gives you earlier notice of a pending payment than waiting on a paper bill to be delivered to your home.

How can you enroll in paperless billing?

Visit and click the “Register for paperless billing” option or Click HERE, and be redirected to the customer portal. Once inside the portal, click “register now” and follow the directions to set up an account. It is fast and easy.

In addition to paperless billing, we offer other features including:

  • An improved user experience.
  • A “Pay Now” feature that allows quick payments without registering.
  • Ability to save payment information securely.
  • Ability to schedule automatic payments from bank account or credit card.
  • Ability to register an account and view pay history, past statements and utility usage information.
