All of our services are now available online. If a drive-thru visit is required, our new drive-thru hours are Mon-Fri, 8-12 and 1-5.


What is AutoPay?

AutoPay is a simple way for Trussville Gas and Water customers to pay their utility bill.  This feature gives our customers the flexibility to manage when and how they make future payments. Automated Payments (AutoPay) is the most reliable means for our customers to make utility payments without the hassle of writing a check, making online payments, or calling with a credit card number.  Our easy-to-navigate portal allows our customers the opportunity to schedule payments that will automatically draft on the bill due date each month. Customers can choose from a variety of pay methods including debit card, credit card or eCheck.  AutoPay is easy and a great way for our busy customers to pay their monthly utility bill.  Customers have the flexibility to discontinue this payment method at any time.

How does AutoPay work?

Customers who register for AutoPay will go through a simple, one-time setup process.  Once registered for AutoPay, the bill amount will be deducted on the bill due date each month per the payment method selected. Customers can elect to receive a notice a few days before the automated payment occurs.

How to apply for AutoPay?

The one-time set up is easy and only takes about 5 minutes. To enroll in our AutoPay feature, click HERE and follow the steps to enroll. Be sure to click the AutoPay option during registration.

To receive a reminder before your scheduled automatic payment occurs, simply select your notification preferences in your customer portal.
