To our Trussville Gas & Water community:
As the Coronavirus continues, we are all learning to adapt to a new standard of business. At Trussville Gas & Water, our primary concern is always the safety of our customers, staff and community. We are following the safety precautions recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and will continue to offer services to our customers through our drive-through window, online, and by calling customer service at 205-655-3211.
To assist our customers during the COVID-19 emergency, Trussville Gas & Water made several changes:
- Effective June 15, we resumed disconnections for past-due accounts that were temporarily suspended due to COVID-19.
- Also, we utilized technology to offer additional services through our website, Trussville.com.
- Finally, our online bill payment system became available at the beginning of the year to make bill payments easier for our customers.
We will continue to adapt our business model to serve our customers. We are committed to provide the safe and reliable natural gas and water service that our valued customers trust us to deliver. It is our honor to serve the Trussville Gas and Water community.
