All of our services are now available online. If a drive-thru visit is required, our new drive-thru hours are Mon-Fri, 8-12 and 1-5.

Around this time each year, Trussville Gas & Water produces an Annual Water Quality Report that is mailed to all customers in our water service area.  You may notice that our report looks a little different this year.

We are pleased to present our 2018 Annual Water Quality Report in a new format which is designed to inform you about the quality water services we deliver to our customers every day.


The constant goal of the Water Division of Trussville Gas and Water is to provide customers with a safe, reliable supply of drinking water that can be used with confidence.  We strive to maintain  the lowest possible cost while continuing to provide the highest quality.  Our operations team monitors your water supply 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure that the water delivered from our facilities meets these goals.

We are once again proud to report that Trussville Gas & Water has met or exceeded all federal and state standards for drinking water during the January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017 testing and reporting period.
