All of our services are now available online. If a drive-thru visit is required, our new drive-thru hours are Mon-Fri, 8-12 and 1-5.

Water Quality

We are pleased to present our current Annual Water Quality Report which is designed to inform you about the quality water and services we deliver to our customers every day. The constant goal of the Water Division of Trussville Gas and Water is to provide customers with a safe, reliable supply of drinking water that can be used with confidence at the lowest possible cost while maintaining the highest quality. Our employees monitor your water supply 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure that the water delivered from our facilities meets these priorities.
