The Board may provide a water leak adjustment no more than once every year with proper confirmation that said leak has been repaired on the domestic meter. Leak adjustments will be calculated in accordance with the Board’s Leak Adjustment Policy. Proper confirmation requires submission of documentation (invoice, work order, signed affidavit, etc.) supporting that the casual factors of the leak were repaired prior to the adjustment being made. There will be no water leak adjustment on irrigation meters.
