Paperless Billing is Coming Soon!
Our customers have told us that they want access to a paperless billing option that gives them more control over their utility account. Trussville Gas and Water is pleased to announce that we will soon implement a more secure, convenient and user-friendly online payment system for our customers. The new and improved interface will allow our customers to pay their utility bill whenever, wherever and however they want.
Our new features will include:
- An improved user experience
- Option to enroll in paperless billing with email or text reminders
- A “Pay Now” feature that allows quick payments without registering
- Ability to register an account and view account history, past statements and utility usage information
- AutoPay feature to schedule automatic payments through bank account, credit or debit card
- Ability to securely save payment information
Additionally, we will implement a new, automated phone payment system with features such as a quick account balance review and 24-hour, secure phone payments with credit, debit or e-check. Our new payment services will accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and electronic checks, and Trussville Gas and Water will cover all of the costs associated with these services.
We are excited about these changes as they reflect our commitment to providing a superior customer service experience for our Trussville Gas & Water community.
