Summer has finally arrived! It is time for sun, fun, and preparing for the next school year! Trussville Gas and Water has made it super easy to print copies of your utility bill for proof of residence. Just follow these simple instructions to access your online customer portal and print a copy of your gas and/or water utility bill. While you are in your portal, please consider enrolling in paperless billing and AutoPay!
To view/print your bill, click HERE to access our customer portal. Once in the portal, there are two options to print a copy of your past bills.
You can view/print your bill quickly by clicking the PAY NOW button.
After entering your customer # and PIN, you will be directed to a new screen where you can either pay your bill, or view/print your bill.
If you already have a customer portal created, simply log in and continue with the directions below. If you do not have an account, it is simple to create one. You just need to have your customer number and PIN which are located on the top portion of your past utility bills.
Once you are in your portal, simply click the View Bill History button at the bottom of your account information screen. Here, you can view and print or download your prior bills required for school registration.
